Twitter fans delighted with Lizzie's return
Twitter went crazy when TV-am star Lizzie Webb made a return to morning tv today...for one day only! Lizzie was appearing on ITV1's "This Morning" in a feature about fitness through the decades. Aerobics were the craze in the 1980s, so Lizzie was invited by producers to take part in the show. Not to disappoint her fans, Lizzie was able to do a brief shakeout! When I was about 13 I sang on the theme tune to Joggy Bear. My dad was the sax player who Mad Lizzie worked out to (Johnny Hooper). I was 12 and was paid £5.

OMG Jason, did you really sing the theme song to Joggy Bear? Did you enjoy singing the theme song to it or did you find it embarrasing? I watched Joggy bear as a youngster. How old are you now?
